Voorwaarden

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mailinio (“Service”), an AI email copilot that connects to Microsoft Outlook. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Mailinio helps you draft and send email replies using your connected Outlook mailbox and AI-generated suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing all drafts before sending. Mailinio does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for users who can form a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Microsoft Outlook access

To use mailbox features you must authorize Mailinio to access your Microsoft account via OAuth. You can disconnect Outlook at any time in Settings. You represent that you have the right to grant this access for the mailbox you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive email
• attempt to bypass rate limits, security, or access controls
• reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• upload or generate content that infringes others’ rights or privacy

6. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review replies before sending. You retain ownership of content you submit and of the final emails you send; you grant Mailinio a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Early access and access

During early access Mailinio is offered free of charge on an invite or approved-domain basis. Features and usage limits may change. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or material breaches of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailinio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
